Who Am I
Julie Whitmore
Having held many senior roles in management working for a large international corporate blue-chip company for 30+ years, I went on to follow my passion in property becoming full time in 2014 having completed numerous training and education programmes and was the host of a property networking meeting for 8 years.
During this time, I have continued to build my own portfolio developing a wealth of knowledge and experience through my own investment journey and associated networks and am also a writer for YPN (Your Property Network).
On a personal level, in my younger days I had reasons to seek counselling using talking therapies, however for me found that I needed something else. This eventually led me to study Past Life Regression (PLR) and Future Life Progression (FLP) in which I became a practitioner.
My experience as a mother and lone parent further helped me to develop my resilience, patience and persistency, something which is key to property investing and well as many other areas in life.
In 2012 I had the misfortune of falling foul to a fraudulent developer and solicitor and lost a significant amount of money. Rather than putting me off investing in property, this became one of my reasons “why”, giving me the drive and mindset to succeed as I needed to recover my loss.
As a life and property coach and mentor, I have built on my industry training and experience, incorporated with my property knowledge and experience gained over the years and combining techniques from my PLR / FLR practice to provide clients with a unique approach to coaching, mentoring and consultancy.
Building on my own experience I know first-hand that education and knowledge alone is not always enough in achieving aspirations and goals; we also need accountability and support. If we have deep routed blockers, we cannot become the best version of ourselves without addressing / reframing these.
As a natural peoples’ person, I love to help people and watching them grow and progress gives me a great feeling of satisfaction.
