Having experienced and been involved with many different strategies over the years and building my own portfolio, I have combined all of my experience and lessons learnt integrating this with my corporate business and people skills producing coaching and mentoring offerings which provide clients with a more unique approach.
Having been involved in numerous JVs and collaborations on small deals and larger development projects of £1M+, which has involved raising private finance of over £1.2M, clients get the benefit of real hands-on experience which is not just theory based delivered using coaching techniques. As an experienced sourcing agent, I can help clients with the realities and challenges of identifying and assessing opportunities.
I have a reputation for being down to earth, straight talking and naturally nurturing, whilst providing clients the support and encouragement needed to move them through the bumps in the road.
My approach is centred around understanding the life stage of the client in addition to understanding their requirements, goals and objectives to produce a customised plan which can incorporate industry leading tools and techniques. It’s not just about educating clients on property strategy.
From my PLR and FLP practice and experience working with clients where I have been able to help clients to identify and address some of their issues and repeating patterns of behaviour, to be able to move forward feeling lifted and free. This transformational approach can be incorporated into the client’s personal plan.
Based on this transformational approach, sessions are structured in 3-month blocks which can help the client to form the basis of a 90-day plan, providing the client the opportunity to review their learnings before moving to the next 90-day stage.
